so I just delete the Z image file? I tried it and it just doesnt show the default FM icon

I don't know if someone has made it already, I have seen it from older FMs but not for FM23. I am sorry if this is against any rules or something, but the only thing that bothers me in this skin are these points. Could someone help me somehow? thank you so much in advance

And also, how can I change the colours of these positions? I am not used with skin creation, so I need some directions here, please Thanks in advance
