I got a new job with Charleroi and asked to study for my Conti A license. They said yes as long as training doesn't suffer, so I made sure no training areas had "Heavy" designation and they accepted. That was July 2022
Fast forward to August 2023 and my profile still says "Studying for Continental A License" while a few of my staff have gained Conti A and Conti Pro in the same period (taking around 4-6 months. Is this a bug, or does it just take longer for me to get it as I'm the Manager and 'busier' than my staff?
