    Hi, im finding it really difficult to sign players for English clubs. I’m currently Everton and I can’t sign anyone as they fail to grant a work permit, I’ve also signed 15 players to try and unlock the no permit but haven’t received. Is there not a shop like on mobile where I can buy the Unlockables?

    I’m Real Madrid in ps5 and just signed 21 free agents but I haven’t unlocked the no permit perk. Anyone know why, or how you unlock it?

    I wondered if anyone can help me or give me advise. im currently Everton’s manager and every player I try to sign on loan or transfers fails to get a work permit. I either have to spend a lot of money or give them a huge wage. Is this a bug? Or am I doing something wrong. Any feedback would be great. Cheers
