Wondering how the staff work in Fm23 console edition. I've played and have the pc version of thr game but due to friends wanting to play on this platform I thought why not. But just wondering how the staff and backroom staff works because I can only see 1 staff memeber for every section of the club and usually in the pc version you can request to have more coaches and scouts
