Role and Duty ratings showing up as unknown.

As an update to this, as the game when on the issue "kinda" solved itself but now all the star ratings are 2 stars. The same issue as described in this tread below. Any fix would be appreciated -
The same issue is occuring on FM23 is there any fix for this?

I am not sure how to reproduce it, it just happened. Now when I click on any player regardless if he is on my team or not. The role and duty shows up as unknown, when then selecting a particular role for example inside forward, the stars reset and show up correctly. However if I leave the player and come back, they will default back to unknown. I also recently have become the italy manager and all the ratings there only show up as unknown and do not update when I click on them.
