Hi, I've also been having this problem. At first I thought it was a bug with players with three nationalities, but then I found a couple of players with 3 nationalities who responded. I looked back over all the players involved when nothing happened and they all had either "capped at U18/U19/U20/U23 level". I also went into the pre-game editor and realised that you can't remove these designations there—you can only edit U21 or senior international appearances. Not sure how these are coded differently (at different levels or whatever), but I'd say the problem lies there; the "capped at U18 etc" entries seem to be blocking players from playing for any other nation. Very keen to get a fix for this as I love playing smaller national teams for which getting players to switch nation is crucial! Thanks
