In some states in Germany (I experienced that in Mecklenburg Westpomerania) all of the newgens are african or do have a second nationality in an african country. In the picture below I simulated as a coach for Hansa Rostock until 2027 and you can clearly see the problem. When adding the German League System File all teams in the lower leagues just have U19 players like that. I re-installed the game, verified all, simulated with custom files, without customs files, as an active coach, as a viewer, with full and with as-low-as-possible details - the problems stays there. Sadly this makes the game "unplayable" due to realism reasons.
