Nope. To note I’m in league two, so could it be just a higher league thing? I would have thought a lower league team could do it -
I’m on Xbox one and don’t have the option to declare someone as a top target, aka declare interest. I assume I should have the option?

I don’t have this on my save but my friend does who also plays on xbox i was thinking there’s no declare interest option and he sent a screenshot and I realised I don’t have it as an option for anyone. any ideas?
