    Because it is still a guvernamental club, CSA has not promotion rights from 2nd league of Romania

    We have a minimum of one player under 18 and another under 20 in the first eleven but these players should be eligible for the Romanian national teams so not any players under 18 and 20 from any other country of the world. It may be the same situation in the SUPERLIGA as well. Also, Liga 2 is just called " Liga 2" and not " Liga 2 Casa Pariurilor "
