I'm unsure if this a bug or a game design choice. Playing an online career. I'd say every other game I get the exact same penalty given against me. Everytime my defender wins the ball clearly (replays turned on so I can check) and the referee gives a penalty, with the commentary noting the tackle was very hard. I thought get stuck in could be the issue. That's been removed and the same issues persist. It can't be a design choice can it? I watch a fair bit of footie and I've never seen a penalty given for winning the ball but the tackle being too forceful. Any ideas?

Coming to the end of my 2nd season with Antwerp. I have just qualified for the Championship Group, the owner has sent a staff limits update. He has reduced available slots for scouts down to 0 from 7 and has put down the Chief Scout limit down to 0 also. All positions are currently occupied. No other staffing has been reduced. Finances have been an issue in game but these have now been sorted with player sales and the team doing well.
