Each team that qualified to european cups should start from 2nd round of Polish Cup (they start from 1st round in beta version).
Because of that in 22/23 season there should be 56 teams drawn in 1st round (64 in beta version): 16 winners of regional cups (teams that played in 3rd League or lower in 21/22 season), 14 teams that played in Ekstraklasa in 21/22 season and do not qualify to european cups, 16 teams that played in 1st league in 21/22 season and ended on places 1-16, 10 winners of preliminary round.
In preliminary round there should be 20 teams: 2 teams that played in 1st League in 21/22 season and ended on places 17-18, 18 teams that played in 2nd League in 21/22 season. All pairs in preliminary round are determined by results in 21/22 season. Pairs are defined as follow:
17th (1st League) - 18th (2nd League)
18th (1st League) - 17th (2nd League)
1st (2nd League) - 16th (2nd League)
2nd (2nd League) - 15th (2nd League)
3rd (2nd League) - 14th (2nd League)
4th (2nd League) - 13th (2nd League)

8th (2nd League) - 9th (2nd League)

For next seasons, if different number of polish clubs will qualify to european cups then different number of clubs will start in preliminary round of polish cup (e.g., if 5 polish clubs will qualify to european cups, then 54 clubs will participate in 1st round of Polish Cup and 22 teams will participate in preliminary round (teams 15th-18th from 1st League and all clubs from 2nd League).
Also reserve teams can participate in Polish Cup. In 22/23 edition of Polish Cup Reserve teams of following Clubs participated:
Slask, Lech (both started in Preliminary round as teams from 2nd League), Pogon, Legia (both started in 1st round as regional cup winners).

The next problem is connected with draw rules.
In beta there is: "Lower division team plays at home, or, if both teams are from the same division, then the previous year's worst league team plays at home" In realiy there is only "Lower division team plays at home". If two teams are from the same division, then firstly drawn team plays at home.
