Loan manager disregarding instructions

OrangeTrainCar posted an issue in Transfers and Contracts

As the title says. I set my loan manager to only offer certain players to domestic clubs. Then the loan manager decides to send my players to an affiliate club in another country and I only get the notification once the deal is set and I can't recall them until next transfer window.
