As per summary stated, 2023 Malaysian Super League will be expanded to 18 teams and Premier League will be discontinued until further notice. Through the revamp, a Reserve League will be introduced for 2023 onwards, with all 18 teams involved in the 2023 Super League required to field Under-23 sides for development purposes. Trialist is allowed to play on official match. This issue haven't been fixed since forever. On real world, trialist is not allowed to play on any official match.
Current database only allowed 4 foreign players including 1 Asian player. On real world, 5 foreign players is allowed for MSL matches (5 foreign players including 1 Asian player and 1 ASEAN player).
