suddenly the press conferences before and after the games disappeared and I think it's changing the motivation of my team. In Responsabilities menu, press conferences are im my control. Can you help me ?

I suddenly stopped going to press conferences and my team is losing motivation...is that make sense ? what do i have to do to go to press conferences again ?
