I am managing Pisa in the Italian football leagues. I am currently sitting in 3rd place with 4 games to go and have crushed all expectations laid out from the start of the season. The board has given me an A+ rating as Ive done everything they have expected and more. The supporters, however, have given me a B-. I daresay that if Pisa ever qualified for the Conference league with a good chance of Champions league then the supporters would be elated. But they aren't. No idea why this is. Taking a look at the reports that are there gives me no indication as to why they aren't very happy aside from they aren't happy I lost 3-0 to the league winners Inter.

I have been getting far more injuries than is usual this year. For example, I had 3 players out for 4-6, 3-4, and 4-5 weeks. This happened the previous week as well in which I had 3 players get injured all for over a month. I found that over the World Cup break in particular it was very filled with injuries despite none of my players playing at the World Cup and my club having no games during that time, as I playing the Serie B (I am Pisa). I have 3 major injuries, 3 moderate, and 1 minor injury. I'm not sure if this is supposed to happen but compared to other years this seems far more than normal. All within a 2 week span. My teams medical staff is best in the Serie B and my team has had 11 injuries of over two weeks and it is only early December. Maybe not a bug, maybe is a bug. Possible the frequency off-season changing injuries needs to be decreased. Something. Loving FM as always. Glad its almost fully released.

When I delegate my friendly matches to my backroom staff, specifically my assistant manager, it does not work and still requires me to manage the friendly game. I am Pisa and loaded in with the 5 European major leagues and their second division with Calcio C as well. This happens on every friendly.
