  1. The fixtures of the Serie C promotion play-off are incorrect because the pairing does not follow the rules. The rules state that teams which finish from 2nd to 10th in the 3 respective groups (Serie C/A, Serie C/B and Serie C/C) contest the first round as follows: 5th vs 10th, 6th vs 9th and 7th vs 8th from each group (i.e 3 matches from each group - total 9 matches),. This is the standard if the Coppa Italia Serie C winner does not finish 4th-10th or else directly relegated or contests the relegation playout. In this case, the Coppa Italia Serie C winner (Siena) finished 2nd in Serie C/B and the runner-up of the cup (Ancona) ended up in the relegation places of Serie C/B, so according to the rules the 4th placed team in Serie C/B (Modena) now should take the slot of the cup winner and enter the play-offs in the third round, while Reggiana who finished 5th in the Serie C/B enter the in the second round (instead of Modena). However, in the game, Reggiana have been drawn in the first round against Pro Vercelli who finished 6th in Serie C/A and so this fixture does not make sense. In the first round only teams from the same group can meet. This is also applicable to the second round where only teams from the same group who qualified from the first round can meet - along with the 4th placed teams & Reggiana who should join in this round. But this is not the case since the fixtures in the second round are all jumbled and teams like Catanzaro who finsihed 4th in Serie C/C have been drawn to play either Cesena or Montevarchi from Serie C/B when in fact they should play the worst-placed team of Serie C/C who qualified from the first round.
