The last trade I offered the other team 2 players, 1 player rights and 1 draft pick for a 2 1/2 stars player. What else should I offer?

I am in my fourth year and I cannot trade a player from another mls team. I give them what my a/manager says is a good trade but they always come back with knock back without a reason why not. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having trouble with inbox entries arriving after the match they refer to having been played. This doesn't seem to be a problem for others so is there a fix?

I mean for example having played LeedsI get inbox messages following the match about team selections pre-game info etc.

I have found that the mail in the inbox can be out of date relating to matches. Any one else noticed this.
