Thanks for the input, I will try it and see if it works. I did the first step, It's working, new gens are french but still with the second nationality I want. I will try to do the next steps in the next dew days.

Hello everyone, I hope you are well! I'm planning to make my next save soon which will take me the most time because I really want to play FM right now! The goal would be to make a career with a club of my region (French League 2) and to make it go up on the top of Europe by having the same principle as the Athletic Bilbao and the Basque nationality. I see several steps to do this: Create the nation by modifying a country that no longer exists (a recommendation? High Volta? but not to make it a full member country of FIFA. Take all the cities of my region and create the region and add it to this new country. Create a lot of new people (Player / Coach / Referee) to generate new names for new gens (Anyone find a way to Bulk Create this?) The players will then have the nationality of the country, but will still play for an existing nation. Am I missing any steps, has anyone done this before and can help me with this?
