Can't figure out how to set up transfer deadline in Spain (LL)

Trying to set up transfer deadline for all of Spain divisions. I put it down between 3, 4, 5, and of course 50 for leagues and while it says it is verified it doesn't allow me to have a transfer deadline day. Am I missing something?

- Playing as Leeds and made a release clause bid for a newgen player - Player work permit is granted so re-applied for it (when trying to sign they did say it would most likely failed but it would go when appealed) - Player granted work permit - Next mail (3 minutes later) says the transfer has been cancelled. Don't know by who or why Uploaded the save. Appears around the 9th-10th of the save
