Says I have three assistant coaches - I only have one

Screenshot attached. The staff screen says I have three assistants, but only one shows on my staff listing. -
I have the full allotment of scouts according to the staff screen, but there is still a vacant spot for one (see the tooltip), and I am allowed to advertise.
