Hahaha. Wikipedia > Justice, right? There's everything okay with this, if you go to the club name, you'll see it is Clubul Sportiv al Armatei Steaua, and the short name is Steaua Bucuresti, as we all know it. And regarding the honours, Steaua has the 21 titles and the UCL, Fotbal Club Fcsb has the honors after 2003, as stated by the Court of Appeal Bucharest.
