As @Jeroen Thijssen already had said. Held and Ngambia Dzonga are too young and will not appear in FM24.

They will not appear in FM24 at all - including the winter update. The winter update keeps the same starting date, which means they will be 15 at the start of the game and we only allow this with exceptions.

We will look into Degener and Schwarz, but I haven't come around to  checking this yet. I'm logging off for today
