I never had this issue before and my pc is pretty good, I didn't fine anyone with this problem and what can I do, I tried Very High and Very Low quality and nothing works... Resolution I use 1440p, I tried changing and no difference either... I can't take a print screen because when I do, what I see in the printscreen, is not what I see in my screen.
