  3. Hi jcreed, can I get some more details from you. 1. Your new machine and it's specifications. 2. Any anti-virus software you might have on the machine.
  4. It could have been the files, but clearly not based on you deleting everything. This is a new issue to me, unfortunately I'm going to have to escalate to our QA team, who will likely need some more details from you and possibly need you to submit some files. It will mean this won't get picked up until tomorrow, but there should be the right people able to look at it. Apologies I couldn't help get it fixed.
  5. There are lots of options, so just delete FM and reinstall. Hopefully this'll fix the issue, but otherwise we can look at other solutions. There is a small chance that the issue is being caused by the unofficial download file, so we may need you to send that along with your saved game, but let's try this first.
  6. Yes, perform a full uninstall. Details on how to do that here - http://www.footballmanager.com/faq/?game=38&id=219 Make a back-up of your saved game folder before doing this and remember the location so you can just drop that back in afterwards.
  7. Yes, please delete the other files, but not the one that contains the team you're playing with.
  8. These are files have been created unofficially, so may be causing the problem. Did the problem happen prior to downloading these? If not, then delete the unofficial folders and run the game and see if it helps.
