    I want to reduce the number of teams compete in Turkish Leagues, but not at once. I want to keep reducing for some seasons until 16 teams compete in each league. Is there a way to do that? If not, how can I reduce the number at once?

    I want to create a Balkans League such that teams in Balkan countries will compete in this league instead of UEFA competitions. How can I do that? Edit: I've created Balkans League. Now, is there a way to stop teams in Balkan countries playing in UEFA competitions?
