I cannot load up the save file at all. I am using Window 11 but playing via Xbox Game Pass. The game is saved on the cloud and not on my local hard drive. I do not see the location where I am told to go to find the save file.

I have an online game with 2 of my friends. I'm on my laptop and they are on Xbox Series X. The game is saved on the cloud. One day, we were playing fine and then just randomly, I tried saving and said it cannot be saved. Then backed out of the game and tried loading to see that it cannot be loaded. I changed absolutely nothing about the game, the only thing I changed on that day was that I added a server name and password. I'm pretty sure it still saved a few times after this change though. Please help with this issue! We have spent a lot of time on this game and we quite look forward to it!
