Hi, I have been playing Football Manager since first game was released. I think there should be two different tactics. Off the ball tactics is also necessary. I prefer 3-4-2-1 when the ball with my team. On the other hand, I want to play 5-3-2 when the ball with opponents. This is the feature which I have been waiting for years and developers should take this into account.
There is another issue. Clubs In lower England leagues e.g.Football League Championship will very rich after playing at least two years. Transferring players is also very difficult. AI demands too much money.
