 lionel messi You can use my version and add level 9,10 I create  advanced rules not basic. Simulate league and cups work OK. Last version add regional borders, awards (awards not test). Expanded FA Cup, FA Trophy all 7, 8 level team. Add regional cups. Isthmian League Cups add Winners.

This database is create basic rules. Create basic rules is easy because disable extra promotion/ relegation. I wait for advanced rules with flexible format rules.

Last year for FM 2021 only "Filk" and "BolynGreen" create database with flexible format rules.
