National League South: Players Demand Full Time Pay (Possibly due to loan player with Full Time Contract)

I am playing with Dover in the National League South. I have had 4 different players ask for contracts and none of them will accept part time contracts despite this being the team/division standard. (Semi-Pro) Wondering if one of my loan players being marked as full time is triggering the other players to demand the same.
