  1. Again- being able to manage training in this would fix it, as we could run recovery and team bonding sessions?
  2. Firstly, a small amount of data to add, but it would add a lot to the experience for it to name on the teamsheet the Assistant referees on a match, as at all levels that you can manage in the game there will be assistant referees, so can they have names? The teamsheets look so odd with just the referee on, and maybe it's me as a regular fan at actual grounds, but it just doesn't look like the real programme is, and that could be so easily fixed. If it's the real names of assistant referees then amazing- much like the refs, as that would enhance the experience and add to the reality. "Oh no not Brian flagging my striker offside again, ahh but VAR checked and he is correct, so fair enough!" Secondly, I may be wrong but I don't seem to have seen any diving in the game, even on a save which is now in 2035 and firmly all NEWGENS (not correct use of terminology ). Could there be some element of this, which is a component of real life football, and again, sometimes punished and sometimes not? Could an instruction be possible for last 5- 10 mins of hold ball in corner? Again in real life this is often a tactic, and one that can work/backfire if the other team tackle and win back a GK or tackle and then break on the counter, but to see that would mirror closer to reality, and again in real life you hear managers and see them ushering the team to kill the game/ game management and get it in the corner? Often in the current game, even on defensive, they still seem to progress with attacks as opposed to heading to the corner to hold up play? Could be a slider/tick box much like time wasting is. Let me know your thoughts?
  3. Thanks for letting us know. I know it’s not major but it is handy to know the time when paused and making edits to the lineup. Not always the easiest to remember when you get into multiple changes. And the pause/play on the right worked nicely previously.
  4. YES YES YES. I was going to write this but you’ve nailed it. I was in a game and decided to apply for England u21s manager- got the job and loved reviewing the new players coming through- checking how they did at their clubs BUTTTT there should be a weekly detailed report of your key players and how they performed with statistics of passes, distance, coaches view (he was frustrating to the opposition/ got annoyed at the ref/ was a good team player) not just yes they scored midweek, sent to your inbox. As well as one for fringe/upcoming players (so top u18s for example so you can consider them for the squad/players in the pool who’ve been exceptional- like scouting for a domestic club) as otherwise you just end up selecting based on their values (who costs the most Millions, or who scored/ assisted the most) but that’s not realistic. As the above said- training is a must! A training camp before the friendly/tournament , team bonding and nailing the tactics here, this is where managers earn their crust. We must have the ability to set a training schedule, perhaps with more extra curricular options due to the fact that they’re 24/7 living at the camp. Historical visit/team social/competitive table tennis (could be fun and throw up other dynamics like a falling out between two players). Tactical side- also when managing the u21s it seemed to forget my tactics between matches so I had to start and “create a tactic” again each time. There should be the same as domestic - 3 tactical options so you can prepare the side fully for a tournament. The hype around a tournament - there doesn’t seem to be many news items/ glitz and glamour about a Euros/World Cup. These are huge events and there’s more focus on transfer deadline day with the yellow banner. perhaps a colour change to the screen/items to show its World Cup fever. Or the flags more prominent. Make it feel an experience. Not just some games in another tab at the top. board interaction- much like supporters stadium pie chart you’ve added for 2023 why not have the same for international. If you’re not exciting/getting the fans off their seat- the attendances will dip. Good motivation for the manager to adhere to the board expectations. could the board interact with number of domestic players at grassroots. As we know from a successful international side- more players take up the sport. This could help grow the newgens for future years. Essentially we must be able to talk to the board/chief exec and have a manager above us with aims and expectations as well as us being able to request. Could we request investment lower down/ training facilities/ a warm weather camp/ more staffing/ a new stadium? All to make the international management more immersive and realistic! i think it’s chicken and egg- you’d see even more people use international management if it was this good! As it is I use it in addition to a domestic club as it’s not got the features / the immersion to make it worth doing international only but It COULD!
  5. So touchline side low down, from the standing position or his/her seat. I really think it’d enhance immersion and realism- as that’s what you’d see as manager.
  6. Just to add to this - is it deliberate when pausing a game that the clock disappears? Is a little annoying.
  7. I want to loan a player from an AI manager. AI: 100% of his wages and a big fee please and ABSOLUTELY and negotiating. Even if I offer 90%. Nope straight back to 100% wages. This happens with so many different players, across numerous leagues from Premier League to Serie A, to EFL league 2. The reverse - I try loan out a player. AI - offer 10% wages max, and I negotiate to 20 or 30%, they cancel, everyyyyy time!!
