Anyone knows how to make an attribute for a created player be exactly what you want?
For example i created some players and even though i chose Acceleration Pace 15 when i start the game he has 12 or 13.
I set up CA=0 and PA=125 and age 16 btw.
How do i make him have exactly 15 in a specific attribute even if he's like 16?

Upgrading your board would offer some advantages. Better VRMs, PCIe improvements, more NVMe slots, probably more USB connections. You would be making full use of the graphics card you have because the board only has PCIe generation 3 and a 6700XT uses PCIe generation 4. Is that worth the cost and effort of a B550 board and the swap? No absolute answer on that, but like Bigpole says, the CPU alone will offer significant performance gains. 

One other factor to consider...  the 5900X is a 142 watt CPU, which will run hotter than what you have. Make sure you have decent CPU cooling. 

I understand your points but i think i'm satisfied with the current setup so i didnt want to proceed with a complete new set up.
I was thinking to keep it low for the time being by only replacing the CPU and then in the future maybe replace the M/B etc.

So my question really is if replacing just the CPU with this M/B etc is ok, performance wise.

I went from a Ryzen 5 3600 to Ryzen 7 5800X but had to upgrade my mobo from a B450 to X570 due to some PCIe lane limitations due to the number of SATA and nVme I was trying to run

I think so too, i dont do much with the pc.
Just the basic office work and occasional gaming.
The heaviest task is some video editing for my personal holiday videos with Da Vinci resolve.
If some  expert can verify this it would be great since i'm going to start an online save for 20 players next week and i would like to have the best cpu power. (8 leagues loaded)

What i want to do actually is export a team from my save which is in season 2036/2037 and then import my exported team via editor into the database and start a game with these regens included.
I know it's a bit tricky.
