  1. Hi! I started this save with SL Benfica, mainly with the aim of developing the countless young people of value.
    I defined two formations: 3x5x2 / 3x4x3. The results obtained were excellent.
    But let's talk about the team's game idea:
    3 players behind, wingers in width and depth and mobility of the men in front. In the 3x5x2 we put one midfielder in contention and two taking advantage of spaces in the back of the opposing midfielders. In 3x4x3, 2 midfielders with equal function who are the team's game builders. For that I was training in all the mediums the following favorite moves:
    - Comes deep to get the bal;
    - Dictates time;
    - Tries killer balls often;
    Below I put the two formations and the results. I await opinions.

  2. Hi! I created this tactic with the following premises:
    1. Control the ball game;
    2. CB to undertake construction;
    3. WB responsible for width and depth;
    4. Coverage DM;
    5. CM game builder;
    6; MEZZ giving mobility and appearing from behind;
    7. DLF downloading on the ground to power up the game and free up space for Mezz;
    8. AF stretching the team;503796492_TTICA.thumb.png.69de6e0f645479fb26c12ae0b783559a.png

  3. Hi!

    On my second save at FM 21 I decided to take a different approach. I started with Auxerre, going up and placing the club among the best in France.

    After climbing in the first season. Now I am trying on the 2nd, with little room for investment, to stabilize the sports club, to develop the players.

    For that, I defined my DNA, the general attributes for my team:

    Acceleration, Decisions, Work rate, bravery, determination and anticipation

    For my defensive unit players I understand that they must have (in addition to the general ones):

    Jumping Reach (CB), concentration, positioning, acceleration, tackle

    For the offensive unit I chose:

    Acceleration, off the ball, work rate, decisions, vision

    In the first half of the season (until February), training aimed at tactical familiarity. Now that I have reached it I will start to work on my attributes. For now, because I'm still a layman, I decided to create just one general program that works with all my attributes.

    What do these attributes look like to you? And training? What can I improve?

    By the way, in individual training I put players to train their position or, exclusively, attributes that I understand need improvement. I also took on the training of the secondary teams to which I give exactly the same program. I look forward to your suggestions!

    The season has just begun. I'm like this!

    The idea is to always be balanced. The CB occupy the three runners, two of the midfielders play behind the line of the ball. The width is given by the wing backs

    in defensive organization:
    compact team.

    broadly speaking I think I explained what I want from the team.
    I would like to receive some tips from you. how can i improve?
  5. I created this tactic to take advantage of the speed of the two strikers who always look for space. On the other hand, I also try to take advantage of the technical capacity and speed of the extremes.
    What do you think?

    PI’s
    AFs– Close down more; mark tighter
    FBs – Close down more;

    Mentality:
    Attacking

    In Possession:
    Play out of defence
    Low Crosses
    Much Higher Tempo

    In Transition:
    Distribute quickly
    Counter
    Counter-press

    Out of possession:
    Defend wider
    Much higher defensive line
    Much higher line of engagement
    Prevent short GK distribution
    Use Offside trap

  6. The lack of offensive production that my 5-3-2 | 3-5-2 gave me, made me look for another tactical disposition. The excess quality in the midfield, two forwards that could complement each other made me look at 4-3-1-2.

    How did I start?

    1 - Look at the players, their attributes and preferred movements.

    2 - Strikers:

    Carlos Vinicius - Hold the ball on your back; Go back; Strenght; Jumping reach and his best foot ... He had to be a Target Man.

    VINICIUS.thumb.png.578d4f575c4a1eeb021c925ecda34b91.png

    3 - Esposito - Off the bal, acceleration, pace ... Advanced Forward to fall to the flank.

    ESPOSITO.thumb.jpg.b86130b22afe6f3ce302a8a9d2b4de9b.jpg

    4 - Gedson Fernandes - Needed a player to occupy the space left by Esposito and be quick.

    GEDSON.thumb.jpg.f2af7bc82ccd46a1a7140b7c08990bc4.jpg

    5 - If Esposito falls on the line, Gedson Fernandes takes his place ... He needed a medium to occupy the space. But that could give me creativity and quality to take advantage of the spaces created ... Taking advantage of these attributes and traits, I think it would be ideal ... Tiago Dantas

    DANTAS.thumb.jpg.f6c2c8b0e9a1aac573437ca9e1bc73f5.jpg

    6 - This one has to play ... The team's balance guarantee ... The best !!! Florentino Luis ..

    FLORENTINO.thumb.jpg.26297fa4edf6af48376955de9dbe6d7a.jpg

    7 - As on the right, Esposito falls on the line. On the left, Vinicius is a reference ... He needed outside movements and someone to take the ball forward. With strength and speed to recover afterwards ... David Tavares

    447107555_DAVIDTAVARES.thumb.jpg.094029100e9e47e8792c1154f70caa62.jpg

    8 - The defensive quartet ... They have to be the best ... Fast, positioning, Anticipation. If Tomás Tavares (to improve the cross) crosses to Vinicius, Grimaldo puts it right in front ... DC ... Ruben Dias (monster) and Milenkovic / Ferro. Goalkepper: Svilar

    9 - How do I want to play? Supported construction ... With patience (Hence the function of Dantas) alternated with vertical pass for the two in front. A strong and a fast ... Gedson always quick to appear from behind.

    1300997269_ttica.thumb.jpg.034a95b06158d910a124ee79d4f61ce1.jpg

    10 - The alternatives to these players, I look for similar attributes and traits ...
    Gonçalo Ramos is training to appear in the opponent's area (AM) ... Ronaldo Camará | Martim Neto for Dantas ... Ronaldo Camará or Gedson for David Tavares ... Rafael Brito for Florentino.

    And this is it. In training I try to develop the attribute and trait that I need and recommend for my game.

  7. Hi!

    I started my save with a 4231 that I even put here in the group and with which I was champion in the first season. In the 2nd I revolutionized the team, promoted the youngsters and bet. I had no stable team. I felt very unbalanced. Until I found a formula that allowed me to reach the final of the champions. 352. We are strong in defense. But I think we are not very dangerous in attack and don't score too much
    What do you think ??
