How do people deal with players being unhappy with managers treatment of certain players.
No matter how much I praise the players and we are in the Top 4 and performing will I end up with SPT supporting teammate under half for the team forever.

Signed an 18 year old kid. Didn't have room for him in the Champions League squad and loads of the squad are unhappy with it

Sold Sonny as he had no intention in signing a new contract and bid for Osimen.

He asked for 300k in wages then turns us down for the Gooners on 115k

Just finished my 1st season and finished 2nd plus won the Carling Cup.

Now Dier and Davies want to leave but I'm not bothered about this. However Son has no intention on signing a new contract with 1 year left.

So that could be all 3 Team leaders gone

I don't see much wrong with it to be honest, players and management will have meetings all the time to discuss things like this. I'm not sure the OP's 'all hell breaks loose' is particularly accurate. You just deal with it and move on, and your reputation and standing within the squad will determine what you can get away with. I think how it's presented could be worded better, however. 

The only thing that would be bugged about that is if the players continued to be in a strop for months afterwards. I has a similar thing after getting knocked out the Scottish Cup earlier. Spoke to the players, had a clear the air, and we all moved on. A couple of weeks later and there's no lingering unhappiness, and not even any promises to keep. 

I reckon a LOT worse goes on behind closed doors at football clubs than what you see in the game. Especially with the higher profile players. 

I can understand if we lost to someone like Leyton Orient but not Liverpool.

23 games in. Top of the league. Lost 2 games all season and I lose to Liverpool in the 4th round and all hell breaks loose.

Yes on the left. Alternating Son and Richarlison on the left and also Hulk and Richarlison up top.

So far just in Premier League its

Son 15 games (1 subbed on), 5 goals, 5 assists

Richarlison 13 games (6 subbed on) , 9 goals, 4 assists

Hulk 11 games, 14 goals (7 subbed on), 3 assists
