  1. Looking good, see the young keeper is starting more than not which is nice.
  2. Gazza seems to be doing well
  3. If you can get it so tey finish bottom of the 3rd division (happens quite frequently) you could also do another one of the Challenges as Scotland's regarded as "medium" nation, rather than small (Gundos).
  4. Wisla Pulawy End of Season 2013/14 Report Overview Confidence Finances Media Prediction: 13th Actual Finish: 1st (Champiooonees!) Maciej Wiktorek Krzysztof Hus Worjciech Golla all proved to be the key men for me during te year, Golla despite being just a January signing cipped in with goals to help out Wiktorek, Hus is also the club captain and certainly knows how to lead from the front. All 3 are also young and still developing which is encouraging for the future. Polish Cup The 2nd Round saw us upset of Legia Warszawa with a 2-1 win AET. The 3rd Round seen us knock out the holders Gornik Zabrze 2-1. The Quarter Final was an easy tie against Podbeskidzie, which seen us run out comfortable 2-0 winners. Semi Final seen us knocked out by Ekstraklasa Champions Lech Poznan 4-0. Wisla Krakow went on to win the Polish Cup in the final against Lech which sealed them the League and Cup double, personally I was more than delighted with the teams performance in the Polish Cup. Next season sees us step up to the big time in the Ekstraklasa. Lech Poznan, Legia Warszawa, Wisla Krakow and Polonia Warszawa are always challenging for the top spots in the league, which will be incredibly difficult to breach. The other sides in the league currently have strong squads, good development/training set-ups, better stadiums (with much greater capacitys), and sponsorship which dwarfs ours. The aim for the forthcoming season will be to survive in the top flight and look to build a young side who can compete within a few years. 5. The one quoted above would be my choice too.
  6. I absolutely love my chairman. Found a cracking young player called Wojciech Golla, unfortunately Lech wanted £110k for him. I went to said Chairman to ask for funds, and the agreed the lad would be a dynamite signing, so agreed to fund the deal and offer the player a contract.
  7. If that keeper spots still available? Name: Gazza Mcneil D.O.B: 18/07/93 Height: 6ft 1 Weight: 87 kg City of Birth: Bellshill Position: GK 2 PPMs (optional): Preferred Foot: Left 1 mental attribute at 20: Concentration 1 technical attribute at 20: One on Ones 1 physical attribute at 20: Strength 1 personal attribute at 20: Consistency Retire at end of contract/Future Transfer: Transfer to Rangers
  8. Just caused my first huge upset! Knocked the most successful Club in the Polish Cup's History (Legia Warszawa) out! Won 2-1 AET at home. Delighted with that, as it sees us into the 3rd Round. Drew the holders Gornik Zabrze
  9. Wisla Pulawy End of Season 2012/13 Report Media Prediction: 16th Actual Finish: 5th Table A very good first season for the club. First things first were to get my favoured formations well known by the players, and bring in staff members to train and mould the team. The aim really was to finish mid-table in about 8th/9th, and some very good results seen us out-perform my expectations! The hard-work begins here though, as with a few quality additions I believe we can challenge for Promotion into the Ekstraklasa. Key Man My key player for the season was my Captain Lukasz Giza. Scored 16 goals in 30 appearances and was the key reason we finished so highly up the league. Polish FA Cup We didn't enter this competition, despite our league rivals being in the Competition. No idea at all as to why though. Signings Our transfer dealings for the year were as so. The deals for Hus at £9k, and Waclawczyk for £3.5k were dealt for by the board when i requested funds for the transfer (as I didn't have them available). Our budget for the year was extremely small. The stadium holds a nice 4,418 so is something I dont have to worry about until we reach the Ekstraklasa. Finances These are the only blip in what otherwise is a very rosey picture. The club made a particularly substantial loss which is a worry, as it's a bad way for a club of our size to be in £250k debt. The aim for next season as mentioned, is to get promotion into the top flight of Polish Football, and also try and improve the clubs finances back into the black.

  11. Best of luck Dexter_Morgan on making your Juventus the most successful name-sake!
  12. Pre-Season and early season update: As this isn't a January or End of Season update I'll hold off with posting pictures. Pre-Season wen't well after the players settled in and learnt the formation required. Pre-Season results were: Pulawy Tournament: 1 - 1 draw with Stal Rzeszow, 0 - 0 draw with Pogon Siedlce and 6 - 1 win over Siarka. 0 - 1 vs Swit (H) 3 - 0 vs Ursus (H) 0 - 4 Legia Warsaw (A) 3 - 0 Avic Swidnik (A) This season a tidy return of 3 wins, 2 draws and 2 defeats. We now sit 12 games in, and after a worrying 1-0 home defeat to kick off the campaign, we drew 3 times on the bounce before finally getting the first win under our belts on match day 5, a very good 3-1 over Wisla Plock which happened to be our first game on live tv! This was followed up with another win, and then a defeat, 2 draws and 3 wins. This gives us a very healthy total of 20 points and lets us keep our chests proudly puffed out in 7th place. Hopefully we can continue this fantastic run and consolidate our position in the league, and look to continue to build our position from there
  13. Going to get myself involved now. Poland is where my career begins. The lucky club are Wisla Pulawy As per usual, the needed proof of automatic experience. Expectations for the season are to avoid relegation, so hopefully with a few additions a mid-table finish will be achievable
  14. It happened to Man City in my game in FM10. I'd imagine it'd be easily done in FM11 too.
  15. FC United of Manchester Season 2013/14 Media Predicted Position - 21st Actual Position - 16th The season was always going to be a difficult one, a number of new faces brought in, and a few of my key players moved on as good offers came in for them. http://i28.tinypic.com/24fbq07.jpg - Final League Tables League Cup 1st Round - 3-1 win away to Stockport 2nd Round - 0-1 defeat to Leicester FA Cup 3rd Round - 1-0 win away to Crewe 4th Round - 0-3 defeat to Reading Again, not much of an update due to being unable to click the games, so it's quite light.
