    MATCH PREPARATION/BEFORE MATCH & MATCH

So, it would be good if we could make "groups" (of 19 or 21 depending on the countries where championships) of players before the matches, because it is too easy to go and find a player in U19 or reserve 5 minutes before the match and put him on the team. We have our group and we do it on that basis.
That we can discard or put on the stands players who don’t train well, who perform poorly etc... that we can put a young person from the training centre in the group and that this encourages him to stay or else from the club if he is not part of the group precisely. He’ll see if the club trusts him or not.
That outdoor travel, especially long trips, can have an impact on players' fitness.
That the climate can also have an impact. For example if European players who go to play in Africa in humid climates and heat for example, that can be seen on the physical condition.
That the lawn can also have an impact on performance as for example with synthetic.

    youth teams

For me, we need to overhaul the youth training system, which is too haphazard. You can save before the preview of your newgens in December to go from a little talented generation to a golden generation.
That we can have categories of youth up to U13, U15, U17…  So we could have more control over the newgens and get a glimpse of what’s waiting for us and not find out when they pop in early March. Having categories of U13 (not with real players, I know that it is forbidden to put young people under 16 in the game) until the U19 would make it less «random» the arrival of newgens. That we can choose the type of profile we want in our training centre (technical, physical, offensive, defensive, good mentality…)
It would be good if we had an impact on the recruitment network. That is to say to know EXACTLY where our young people are recruited, in which club they were recruited or if they are in the club since childhood. That our youth training officer recruit young people for our training centre, as is the case in the real world. But also to have young departures, that there is movement as in real life. Choose the country where we want to recruit young people (depending on the size of our recruitment network)

    NATIONAL TEAMS

That we can do trainings, that we can convince binational people to change nationality, in FM22 it is practically impossible. For example, it is not normal for a Franco-Senegalese, for example, at 32 years old, to tell you that he does not want to play for you but for the French team when he is offered a guaranteed starting place for the World Cup! Have real conversations with them to change their nationality.
Be able to have a staff, interactions with the president of the federation.

    Building training centres abroad

     TRANSFERS/CONTRACT

Contract negotiations, which are more of a chore than anything else. Make contract negotiations more difficult (Ousmane Dembélé case) because in FM22, the negotiations are settled in 2 clicks.

That players can choose not a club because of its reputation, but to the club’s project! Others who choose the salary.. That clubs with projects around youth (Ajax, RB Leipzig, RB Salzburg, etc.) are the favorite clubs of young people at the time of their choice because the project is done around them. In FM22, I play with Salzburg and sometimes the young people refuse my proposals to be titular in my club to accept that of Man City or PSG and play in U23. Make players smarter in their choice
Improve promises that are poorly made too.
That players can refuse to extend their contract! (Cases Mbappé, Kessié, Dybala for example) , because often players who refuse to extend in FM22 are always dissatisfied or concerned. That it is possible that players who refuse contract extensions, are "happy". It would be nice if the players could come and tell you that they do not intend to extend their contract so that the club can receive a little money on its transfer, for example.
Young people at the training centre refuse professional contracts.
It would also be good for small clubs to stop selling their young nuggets for small amounts. That sometimes players can refuse offers from big clubs by announcing for example in the press "I decided to stay an extra year in my club" or if he has an offer at the January mercato "I finished the season in my club"
Players who visit facilities before signing into a club, that you can phone a player to influence his decision, make a contractual agreement with a player before making an offer to his club

More realistic transfers, (The Ajax that puts 50M€ on 30-year-old players), yes, I saw the Ajax put 50M on Lucas Ocampos when he was 30 years old. That’s not the club’s policy at all.
The evolution of market value. I would like to see a bit like in Transfermarkt the way in which the value of a player goes down and goes up according to injuries, years of contracts, performance etc...
Clubs that ANTICIPATE, if the club knows it will lose its central defender star in 1 year or 6 months, it will anticipate by recruiting its replacement.
It would be cool if some players had a career plan, we don’t feel that in FM I find.

    PLAYER PROGRESSION

That the potential of the players is evolutionary (CA I think), no longer make it fixed.
That the performances of young people in youth teams may have an impact on their progession. For example, my U19 forward centre finished the season with 30 goals scored but did not progress at all when he scored a lot. It would be good if it could progress and see its potential increase slightly. This would add great stories about players who reach an unexpected level at the base.

That we can make green bets before games

    OTHER

May there be more life in the game! players who take the big head, who come back with extra pounds in the recovery, who ask to leave after 1 year at the club, trouble between teammates, players dissatisfied with having been replaced, interactions with the president, agents of "negative" influence players.  Put players on the podium or bench because they arrived late at the pre-game talk…
    Add “Kick” feature for goalies
Be it other countries than France, Germany, Spain, England, Brazil, China, South Korea, Australia, Japan, Qatar, Russia, the USA, Mexico, South Africa… who organize the World Cup
Siblings in the regens (like the brothers Pogba, Ayew, Thuram, etc.)
Add “miscegenation” among regens for example Sofiane Diop is Moroccan by her mother and Senegalese by her father and French by birth. It would be nice to see a mix of 'unusual' nationalities as in real life (Alexander N'doumbou former OM player is Gabonese and Chinese). In FM the Métis are not represented, it would be nice to see them.
    Ability to coach youth teams
Addition of U17 national teams and competitions (World Cup, euro, afcon, etc.)

I loved evrything about this, Developers should take a look at this!!!!

If a player plays 3 games on the bounce he’s fatigued for the 4th. This doesn’t translate to real life where most of the starting 11 play 90 minutes week in week out. I understand some fatigue eventually but not after 3 games.

I agree. The game fadigue isnt realistic. Almoust every team use the same start 11 in every match and the players run like hell. Fadigue should be reviewd
