Update: After 1 month in game, all the previous scout spots were returned

My board just announced a reduction of 5 elements in my scouting team (4 scouts and 1 chief scout). I now can have 1 scout (?!). I have no idea why such thing happened since my finances are "okey"and I have a profit for projection. Please fix this bug, thanks.

No transfer budget

I have 2M € in the finances of my club and yet my transfer budget is always 0 €. Every time I ask the board for more budget, they always say "we cannot due to financial situation". My finances are "Okey" and I have a projection of 3M €. This situation is borderline ridiculous and would be save-crippling if I didn't have the editor turned on. In the save you will be able to check I have 200k in the transfer budget which is the result of an editor modification to overlap this insane bug. Thankfully the wage budget seems to work normally. -
Save name - Francisco Marcelino - Benfica.fm Player in question: Henrique Pereira (83243056) One of my B team players is unhappy due to the fact the team "failed to become established in the top half of the Portuguese Second Division". This is rather surprising as my B team is 1st in the league and the player wasn't promised anything beforehand. It is also the first time I see the players basing any competitive objectives in a B team. This issue is also time terribly as the player is in the last year of the contract.
