I haven't picked up FM for about a decade so am starting fresh. I have selected Colchester to manage so this outlook has already been invaluable, so thank you for the contributions @keeper#1
A quick question, what style of football are you playing using the 4-3-3 formation you are having success with. I was toying with using the Gegenpress as a starting point but not sure if the players are really going to be too effective at this style of play, and is definitely not what the Assistant Manager has suggested to use.
Think the first thing I'll do when getting back on later is taking a look at getting Edmondson in!
Anyway, appreciate the thread and will definitely be back. If i find anything useful i'll be sure to chip in, although being a complete newbie and almost a season behind means its unlikely...
