No it is not solid, it is very good. Look at may screen where I was the champion and only team that has conceded fewer goals than me is PSG and they have world class players in defence. My back 4 not worth more than 4 milions (at start of the season).

Hello people!
I present to you my old/new tactic 433 with attacking WB.
I have already written in detail about this tactic for FM 20 and you can check it out here...
This is same tactics but with slightly different players instructions.
I also have a rotation system for this tactic. R1 is the main with best players. R2 & R3 replace 4 players and R4 2 players.
This is my result with this tactic for FM 22.
I started my career in the third Norwegian league and I was given the opportunity to menage Metz. With Metz I started using this tactic.
In the first season board demanded that we avoid relegation and they gave me a transfer budget of 3 Million Euro. I managed to finish 5 and qualify for the Europa League.
In the second season with budget of 5 Milion and expecation to finish in the middle table, we managed to win the league with only two defeats. In the first game of the season we destroy PSG with 5:0.

For me it is still 4321 and by no means 433
but my tactics 433 which I have been using for a few years is something completely different from how you see it. Team and individual instructions as well as finding a specific type of player for each position plays a big role in success.
I had great success with this tactic for example on FM 20 I started in the Croatian second league and it took me ten years to get a managerial position in Man City all the time using 433 with five different clubs in four different leagues.

For this case I did an experiment, I decided to play half a season with the same team (Sassuolo) but with my 433 tactics and here are the results. I didn't buy a single player and one of best players Berardi was injured just before the start of the season for three months. I still managed to get an A + from the management

First of all this is not 433 and I don't know why people call this formation 433. You play 4321.
Your formations are very bad in many ways and with this team you might consider changing to more defensive. But if you like the real 433 (like I do) than play like this:

I play all the matches and during the match I don't change anything except the players.

Yes, in my save assistant manager is always responsible for general trening and I responsibile for individual training. I prefer for corners midfielder players.

This season has been avenging season. After I was unjustified sacked last season, I applied for three jobs Chelsea, Man City and Borussia Dortmund. I had conversations with Chelsea and Man city and after much deliberation Man City give me a job.
I have some problem with computer and lost original screens.
This is my revenge. I also play FA Cup final and lost to Arsenal.
In two games, I destroyed them.
Transfers was great. I have a lot of money.

We started the season great. We won the UEFA Super Cup.
In September, I signed a new four-year contract.
We finished third in the league again.
But I failed and was sacked at the end of the season because I not winning the Premier League.
I'm currently looking for a new job.

If you do not have a strong heart it is best to skip this tactic. It is not for you

My football philosophy is simple the best defense is attack. I love attacking football and I always in FM play with attacking tactic and my favorite is 433. It is risk and always on the verge on fouls and possibly red card, but I love it. I cannot guarantee you that you will win titles or end the season without losing, but I can guarantee you that you will play entertaining football.
Let's start...
I always split pitch on two sides Left and Right. Players on the Left side (in this case DCL, WBL, MCL and AFL) their stronger leg must be left and for the other side (DCR, WBR, MCR and AFR) their stronger leg must be right. Also, players on the left and right must play the same role position. You must be wondering why? Because I love symmetry and hate asymmetry...simply
. The other three central players in tactics (GK, MC and F9) can be left or right or different role position.
GK - defend
I prefer my goalkeeper to play simply. The less contact he has with the ball, the better for him. I don't like SK and my goalkeeper is always GK defend.
Example: Oliver Kahn (in my opinion the best GK that has played this game).
CD - defend
Tall, strong and powerful. Simple pass to the nearest player and not think too much.
Example: Nemanja Vidic or Tony Adams
WB - attack
One of the most important positions on the team. They must be good in defend and attack position and always play along the line.
Example: Andrew Robertson or Trent Alexander-Arnold
DLP - defend
Link between defense and midfielders and also very important player in this system.
Example: Fernandinho or Sergio Busquets
BBM - support
My favorite position on the team and my midfielders are always playing as BBM. They run up and down constantly.
Example: Roy Keane or N'Golo Kanté
F9 - support
Little danger behind the two main strikers. It's not classic ST and it's not AMC either, it's something in between.
Example: Roberto Firmino
AF - attack
Attacker who is like a tank and destroys everything in front of him. He has a license to kill.
Example: Thierry Henry or Ruud van Nistelrooy

Yes I know a new club again but I just couldn't resist to apply. I have fulfilled one of my two goals, which is to manage a club in the Premier League.

Have a great season and the first trophy won in my career. Management requirements were high, but I had a big budget and knew exactly which players to buy. We played great in the Europa League and eliminated Milan, Arsenal and Monaco on our way to the finals. I finally have a Continental Pro coaching badge.

Shingo Osawa is world class striker. He was above my budget but I could loan him and that was a very good decision.

SEASON REVIEW
The beginning of the season was a very difficult new manager, new tactics and a few new players. It took a while for the players to get used to it and after a couple of games things got better. Shingo Osawa had a bit of a problem with going out and not attending training sessions, but in the end we managed to solve it and keep the peace in the team. He eventually became the best striker in Europe. The season was more than excellent and we played above expectations. I now have a Continental A license.

In the second part of the season I decided to use two tactics. I used 433 tactics against opponents who were weaker or somewhere in my rank in quality and 532 I used against stronger teams such as Real, Barcelona, Valencia, etc.
SEASON REVIEW
Another successful season is behind me as far as Board is concerned. I met the goals set by the Board, but I personally hoped we would be at least a little better. We've had a lot of draws and weird matches lost, but when the line is drawn with a budget of 7 million, we can't expect anything more. Importantly, we have made progress over last season. On a personal level, I now have Continental B license. My reputation as a manager is growing slowly but surely :).
