Same with a Belgium, Germany, Netherlands save - Again in your world - selected to start in belgium early preseason - unable to switch to other nations -
Loaded all south america nations and leagues only in advanced setup. Chose to pick team later with start as Brazil April 2023 - "your world" no real world transfers. Only allows to select brazilian teams and nations. all other leagues are greyed out - unable to enter the game world in Argentina April 2023, for example save file uploaded, but this is only viewable before I saved
