In real life in the first two rounds of the Norwegian Cup the teams from the Eliteserien (tier 1) and OBOS-Serien (tier 2) are seated against the amateur teams and the amateurs have home matches. In FM23 all teams are thrown in one pot and Eliteserien teams get drawn against each other.
