It is running at 100% Scale but the resolution is 1280x800. On Attacking Final 3rd is off on mine, on defending Positioning, Possession all of them and Physical they are all correct so its a little odd that some match yours and others don't. You would have thought they would all be off if it was a resolution issue

They are an averaged evaluation of that area, so shouldn't be showing as 5* for lower league players. Can you send across your save game so I could have a check and troubleshoot?

I've been playing a lot on my Steam Deck and finding an attributeless skin that works well has been tough. Your original skin was the best of a bad bunch, was usable but had some annoying issues. Decided to try the MPGD and it seems to work pretty much perfectly so far on the Steam Deck. Solves most of the annoyances of the original version.
One thing though, when hovering over the circle with a person in icon to get the popup on a player and going to the ability tab what are the graphics implying? On the original skin, this showed the attributes as they are shown on the full player page with each attribute being represented by a circle of carrying sizes and shades to attribute how good they are but in the new skin its each part seems to be out of 5 circles. Is that judged against the rest of my squad? have players with all 5 filled on some categories but playing in Tier 10 England at the moment there is no way they are 5 star overall which makes me think it must be in relation to the rest of my squad but when looking at for example final 3rd and the 3 attributes that make up that my Striker has the smallest circle for composure, second sized circle for decisions and smallest circle for flair but gets 5 circles on the ability page while my WB has second circle on composure and decisions and 1dst circle on flair but gets 1 and a half circles on the ability page. It just makes little sense.
It's not a massive issue but it does add an extra click which can be annoying to now evaluating players as that popup seems misleading

The problem is people keep bringing up FIFA and also F1 Manager when discussing this and it’s a different kettle of fish with both. Management games unlike games like FIFA need the player to see the whole picture so you need a much more pulled out camera. That means you lose the details and it’s the details that add the quality, if you could put FIFA's assets into FM simply because of this it would look much worse. And unlike F1 Manager you have much more that you have to be able to see, in F1 Manager you don’t even need to watch your 2 cars most of the time but certainly never need to see the other team cars as all the important info comes from the data.
And then the other issue is licencing. Where better graphics may have a benefit is on replays, if like with FIFA you could cut to closer up more cinematic cut scenes for these that could be great but you then have the fact they don't have access to likeness rights for most of the players. Even FIFA only have about 19k players in their database compared to FM that has around 300k so most players would have to be generic ones which I’m not sure makes better graphics then worthwhile. SI are unlikely to be able to get or afford to acquire licences to 3D model all the players

Like ktavman said, the person properties.xml has to be located in skin folder/properties/. To extract this file from the football manager-data you need to use Resource Archiver. What exactly are you changing in the file? I've tried changing the apperance for each of the attributes to "boxes/custom/attributes/star" but I shut the game down, reopen and its still showing the numbers

Yeah just create it if its not there and it should be picked up (Just make sure caching is off when you reload the skin for the first time)

It's something I had a look to do as I do prefer the bars, its just easier to look at quickly and get an idea of the balance of the match but I didn't come across a way to do it. If I come across it later its certainly an option I will add

First up I haven't included the [WIP] or [RELEASED] tag in the title. Techically its complete as it is but there are a couple of additional things I would like to include if I can work out how to (Specifcally adding some of the old match overview info so we can see attendence, weather, ref ect on that panel) so it may have a future update.
Anyway a basically this mod takes the static match stats panel that shows on the in-between highlight screen which by default only shows Shots, On Target, xG, Corners,Fouls, Yellow Cards, passes comepleted and Possesion and adds a whole host of addition stats for you to peruse while playing the match (Without wasting one of the tablet panels). There are a couple more stats records I idenfied which can be included also, these are in the panel file but are commented out making it easy to add them or replace any of the other stats. You can see the comparision and it still leaves plenty of space for the notable events panel (which has scrollbars anyway if that gets too long as shown in my extreme example)
You can download it on https://fmcreators.com/index.php?threads/expanded-in-between-highlights-match-stats-panel.1223/ . It will need you to either install the standalone version of the baseskin that you can grab on this form or any 3rd party skin for it to work. I'm sure most people here will know how to install it but for anyone else the instructions are on the download thread.
As for any Skinners, I am more than happy for you to use this panel in your skins. All I would ask is you give me an attribution ( Simon Wakefield/FMCreators.com will do), you include a link to the download thread and you let me know you are using it. After all It took me a decent amount of time first working out which panel I needed to edit and then working through all the different records that are defined to find out which ones could be used.

Yeah, that seems to have fixed it as, Mansell's ability ratings now match yours perfectly. If I come across any other issues I'll let you know.
After all while it's not your intended audience even at this early stage its the best skin for playing on a StreamDeck I have tried (And not just attributeless ones, any skin). There are plenty of great skins out there that look amazing on a 13 inch or greater screen but on a small screen like a StreamDeck they are just too busy and its hard to use. You get the balance just right there between having all the data we might want close at hand with the fewest possible clicks without it being too busy and hard to use. Can't wait to see how good it is by its full release for FM24
