  1. Especially for training - every few weeks I'll praise everyone training at above 7.5. If you could highlight multiple players and praise them all at once it would save a LOT of tedious clicking. The options would obviously be more limited as you couldn't address specific issues with each player but the general 'keep up the good work' etc options should work.

Could probably work for a few other interactions as well, like praising good form / criticising bad form.

Anything to eliminate repetitive unnecessary clicks!

  2. Scenario - On the 1st of every month I go to individual training and praise everyone who has performed above an 8.0. Sometimes this is more than half the team. Have to highlight each one individually and go through the 3/4 menus to interact / praise / praise training / "you've been training really well, keep it up chief xoxo" .

If we could highlight a bunch of players and interact with them at the same time it would be so much more convenient. Obviously there would be a more limited set of options for interacting with a group, but still think it's a worthwhile option to explore.

A small quality of life change that I imagine could be easy enough to implement.

  3. In Staff Responsibilities I have myself in control of all First Team training, but when I comb through every couple months or so there are always a couple of players training a player trait, or training to get rid of one. How could this be happening and how can I stop it?? Very annoying to have to go through everyone and cancel trait training all the time.

One possibility I thought of is that maybe the U21 staff are taking over their training somehow if they are made available for U21 matches, but have been unable to confirm. Apart from that I'm at a loss.

  4. @knap Firstly thanks for all the work you put into these tactics, for sharing them, and particularly for taking the time to reply to so many people!

Just a quick question - I've noticed you use the role Wide Midfielder in a lot of your tactics - is there any particular reason for this? I realise the positions are heavily modified with individual instructions, but the reason I ask is that so few players seem to be proficient in this role. It's more the minor annoyance of seeing the alarming red circles / sections of pitch on the tactic screen telling me that my players are crap in the role. Would be interested to hear the reasoning. Is it because they have so few instructions hard coded so are relatively blank slates to create the exact role you want?

    Cheers
