Korea Football Assocation was planned promotion between K league2 and K3 League, but they postponed due to COVID-19.

but k league check 'ASEAN' not 'AFF'. Austraila is a member of the ASEAN Football Federation, but it's not a member of the ASEAN.(yes. it sounds weird.) so, Austraila can be count 'AFC quota', not 'ASEAN quota'.

'The K League said clubs can now carry up to five foreign players: three regardless of their nationality, one from a member country of the Asian Football Confederation and one player from a member country of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).' in K league registration regulation documents, 1) When registering 4 foreign players, one of them must be a member of the Asian Football Federation (AFC). 2) If 5 foreign players are registered, one of them must be an AFC member, and one must be an AFC member and a member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
