Having an issue with editor mode. Have been searching around for a fix, but haven't found anything relevant. Included some screenshots showing that I do indeed have 20 teams that should be feeding into my custom league at stage 0.
Essentially, in my custom league, the "test rules" function is telling me I only have 19 teams feeding into my custom league. I do have 20, per the screenshots.
I have been messing around with the advanced rules to see if I can find a fix- the basic rules actually let me simulate an entire season of this league. But I noticed that Inter Miami were never given a league position when I looked at their page.... can click on a team, and it displays their position in the league below their name typically, but there was only a hyphen underneath Miami's team name on their page.
They finished mid-table, so I'm not sure it would have let them win the league or get relegated, as it seems they just somehow are not part of the league as a whole. I know there are other American promotion/relegation leagues available on Steam Workshop...but I'm stubborn and like to make my own. Thank you for any thoughts or potential fixes.
I was able to sort of bypass the issue - I just created a duplicate of Miami, added them to my competition, then deleted the original version. That seems to have worked!
