I have created a new gegenpress based tactic after being successful with my previous wing play tactic. Here are some ss regarding the tactic:

Hey guys, I was managing Tottenham in Premier Division and then I resigned from my job as I felt that I needed a new challenge and I wanted to manage in other nation as I had managed in England for years. I have got a 90% reputation along with continental pro license. The surprising fact is that nobody feels that I am good enough. Even the clubs of Chinese Super League denied to call me for an interview because I was not 'good enough' compared to other candidates, similarly Bundesliga 2 and Spanish But division clubs have denied me. It's definitely some sort of bug. One of the reason could be that I used FMRTE to replace Stephen Constantine (India's Head Coach) after I was unemployed but I didn't enjoy my time as National Head Coach as there was no tournament nearby so I resigned from that job too and from then, I am unemployed.

Okay, that's fair but my only successful tactic was a wing play formation "Wings Of The Phoenix" which I uploaded here and had got some suggestions so I wanted something like that like which role is unsuitable and where the defence could get leaky or will my wife playmakers create something or not etc.

[Need Critical Analysis on my Assymetrical Formation]

Hey guys I am currently managing Tottenham Hotspurs and this is my first season after leaving Barnsley. After every season I decide to make a tactic of my own but I never gets success and when I upload it here, there are just too many flaws to be corrected so I download a new tactic and stick with it for the whole season wishing that maybe, in the next season I would be using a tactic of my own but that season never came. This pre-season too I have designed a tactic and I need critical analysis from you guys. I have played just a single match (Spurs U23s vs Bolton U23s) with it and the results were satisfying though the opponent was too weak to consider the tactic a success. We had 66% possession, 29 shots total, 10 on target while opponents managed just 3 shots, one being on target. We made 11 fouls while opponents made 29 fouls. We scored two goals and conceded zero. I have also included a Raumdeuter for just one reason and that is, Thomas Muller has just got out of contract and you know what that means for a newbie like me, get him in so I wanted to make sure the tactic is working before spending any money on him as he's 34 but has 150 CA (according to FM RTE). So ending the talking part, I present to you, The Assymetrical, 2-3-2-3 (or whatsoever). 

 

[Which team to Manage; Barnsley V/s Schalke 04]

Hello guys. I have been managing Barnsley for 3 years now. In my first year, I won the English FA Cup and got promoted from Sky Bet Championship to Premier League. I the next season, we somehow managed to stay up and not get relegated but were able to win the UEFA Euro Cup. This season we are in the mid table in Premier League and have reached the quarter finals of UEFA Champions Cup. 

Now, since my team has been playing above expectations in the Champions cup, I am supposing of my chances to win it. On the other hand, I have got a job offer from Schalke 04 for which I have been declared as the leading candidate with odds as small as 1-2. Schalke 04 is at 14th place in the Bundesliga. 

To be honest, I want a new challenge so I want this job, but then again, on the other hand, I don't want to leave my club until we are eliminated from Champions Cup. But as far as I know, Schalke 04's offer will force me into joining them immediately. 

I wanted some suggestions on what would be better for my career in the long term as I believe that Schalke 04 must have finances and players better than Barnsley, so I would have a better chance to prove my abilities.
