Out of interests, can you remember what scaling you were using before, and would this issue reappear if you return to that particular scaling? Also it would be helpful to know what resolution you are using too.

Thank you for your answer. I have uploaded my save under the name "Bart - PEC Zwolle".

I used scaling 100%, and yes, the issue reappears if I return to 100%. 

The screenresolution I use at my laptop, is 1366 x 768 (recommended).

Thanks for your answers. Changing the resolution helps! At scaling 50%, 85% and 95%, I can enter my password.
