    Training, get an assistant who is fairly good in all training areas (including fitness) or get your best member of staff to do all training, general and individual (unless your a whizz at the training, in which case do it yourself)

    Opposition Instructions: Find a member of staff who is good at judging player ability and tactical knowledge and set him to do the opposition instructions (very important to do them) again if your the expert do it yourself

    If you dont use opp instructions you will concede goals so my advice is to use them.. i get an good assistant to do mine.

    Shouldn't try to train in player for the position he is playing ?
