I have a newish Alienware gaming laptop and it does the same thing. The air being expelled is coolish however. If this is an issue it will likely be fixed with the next patch.

I always resurrect Leigh Genesis and throw them in the 7th level of the pyramid. I add them to the Northern Premier League (not sure if thats the correct name) and remove another club from the leagfue. It works perfectly.

I suppose it might be possible if they used Italy as a cohost while the opener/final was played in San Marino. Im hoping the Duchy of Grand Fenwick gets to host a WC in the next century.

Unfortunately due to licensing, as SI says ,the sales in Brazil stopped. Brazil had a huge market for FM for YEARS! One of the biggests! And still they decided not to sell here.

The affiliation doesn't mean the two clubs are a part of the same ownership group or that you get to attach strings beyond the scope of the agreement. The feeder club's ownership has the right to use the fee as they see fit, and it's likely to cover debt, transfer fees, or salary. If they didn't need the money to close gaps in their operating budget, they probably wouldn't be looking for a parent club arrangement.
FM is a game. The OP had an interesting idea to create a new save. If you want to use the ole 'Its not realistic!!' or 'Its Football Manager not Football X' then human managers of most clubs in the game should have little control over transfers. Making the game more modifiable will only make more fun ways to play it.

I meant the Beta as Im sure you know. Releasing it on a friday is better for those workers and students on a traditional M-F schedule.

If this were a free game you would be spot on. But a $50 spreadsheet game with marginal graphics has to deliver more to justify the cost to the consumer
Here are a couple features I would like to see, criticism welcome
I would like the game to be far more moddable. For example, let people mod the ME to better reflect the style of football for a specific country. Modders could build realistic stadiums.
Lets be able to change certain rules after each season. Which rules? Number of players on the sub bench. Tackling discipline by the AI refs..make it stricter or lesser. Bigger or smaller squad sizes. Allow custom pitch sizes. Adopt a foreign player limit for your league. Basically anything that would allow for league evolution. Are the rules of football the same in 2021 as they were in 2010?
Make an option to make the manager unfireable.
Allow the human player to decide about investments in youth and training facilities consistent with the team budget.
