Hi, this is my reimagining of the Mexican league system with reinstated promotion and relegation.
Most years, the end of season playoffs for divisions 4 and 5 (Liga Premier Serie B and Third Division) are delayed for up to a month, further delaying the start of next season. I believe this has to do with how the game selects or doesn't select the B teams able to qualify for the playoff stage. It seems the game waits for the senior team to finish their campaign; so if the senior qualifies for their division's playoffs, the b team in a playoff spot will wait to see if the senior team gets promoted, and only then will the lower division playoffs begin.
I would like any help or insight that can achieve:
1) Playoffs that start right after the end of the regular season, in the dates that the advanced rules state, and
2) B teams can only qualify for the promotion playoff if their senior team is already 3 divisions above or more. (So that B teams can't be promoted nor selected for the playoffs if their senior team is within the 2 divisions above)
