So I play Cherno More Varna in Bulgaria in the year 2032 and over the time of about 5 years I improved my training and youth facilities to the highest level. However after a season they go down because of the technological advancement. This would not be a problem because I am rich with 200 million in the bank but the board just doesn't give me the option to aks for improvement for the youth facilites.
What's weird is that it works for training facilities but not for the youth facilities :/
Would be a shame if this doesn't get fixed or someone tells me that I have to wait a bit longer (even though I couldn't ask them for half a century) because this is a long-term save
